  • Please refer to our size charts before purchasing to minimize returns.

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer exchanges only; refunds are not available.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and, for sarees and dresses, original folds intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at atandrila.saha@yahoo.com to arrange an exchange for the same product.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Shipping times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.

  • For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
